Due to the current pandemic worldwide shipping is slowed down(Expect at least a month on top of the usual delivery time)  COUNTRIES THAT I CAN'T SHIP TO!: Australia, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, Cuba, Ecuador (Quito), Fiji, Filipinas, Malvinas (Falkland), Nicaragua, Kiribati, Nauru, Nueva Caledonia, Papua - Nueva Guinea, Paraguay, Salomon  (Islas), Samoa , Timor Leste (Rep. How long will it take to receive my order?

It takes around 24 to 48 hours for Correos de Chile to process the packages.

All shipping are done on monday or friday. It usually takes around one or two months to arrive depending on your national postal service. Sometimes less, international shipping be like that

I forgot to add a product in another on going order can i add it later?.

If your order hasn't been shipped yet email me or dm me on @mikkythehamster on twitter and i will resolve the issue so all goes in one package.

--------Errors and refunds ------

My package got lost/stuck.

Always keep an eye on your tracking code, if the package already arrived your country please check it with the code on your national postal service webpage. Once it's out of Chile there is nothing i can do other than wait for the package to be returned, replace it with a new one or refund you. Always try calling to your local postal service first using your tracking code.
Shippings are non refundable.

Incorrect address.

In the case of incorrect address due to the customer's mistake all i can do is wait for the package to arrive and either refund you the value of the product or resend it to you but you will have to pay for shipping again. I'm not a big agency i can’t afford to give away shipping expenses.

My package was returned to sender.

I would have to wait until it arrives to re ship it, in which case i would require you to pay for shipping again.

My order is wrong.

If i made a mistake my most sincere apologies, please contact me via mail or dms and i will send you the right item, please provide pictures of the wrong items i sent you, or if you like i will refund you.

Is there a cheaper option for shipping?.

No. the shipping i offer has a tracking code and has proper packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and that we can track it's way so i can take proper measures when something happens.
